They are spies that work for Mr. Hair. They have a smile similar to [[super hap]] but spies that come back from the [[sad lands]] get super sad and their smile turns to a frown. They all have a suitcase with which spy they are. So there is 1#, 2#, 3#, and so on. 1#’s name is Zellek, and he is the best spy ever. He is almost the rank of [[agent Clown]], but because he specializes in spying, he is lacking in some other abilities that agent clown has. 8# is nicknamed the “spy of spies” because he was a rebel spy that Mr. Hair hired, but he was actually sent by Russia to see what was going on in [[Hair inc.]] He ended up sending the plans for the [[Mini nuke|mini nukes]] to the rest of the earth.
