A Minis is a type of nation that has at least 50 different leaders. Each leader in a Minis has different jobs, and they all report to one main ruler. For example, if the leader of farming has a problem at the farms, they would report that problem to the main ruler, and he would report it to one of the 10 security leaders, and then they will deal with it.

The main ruler has so much to do that there are actually 2 of them below the main ruler that can take problems to the security leaders instead of the main ruler doing it.
