Mr. Jax is a division commander in the [[black vine pirates]]. He has an "ice fist", basically it is just his regular hand, but it is made of ice. This hand is also very dangerous because one touch of this hand can give you severe frostbite and it can freeze your whole arm. Mr. Jax has this hand because he is part [[Coldders|Coldder]], and they are fully made of ice. 

Mr. Jax is very powerful due to this fist, and he can stop any sword or even bullets. If his hand were to be destroyed, he would eventually grow it back.
