This power was shloshy bo's first power, it allows him to move water around as he wishes. This power came to him while he was swimming 200 feet out from the shore in the Caribbean, but while he was swimming a shark bit his leg, and while he was bleeding a small mite swam into his bloodstream, the mite is a dangerous parasite called the [[devils bug]], an accurate name as well. As soon as it went in his bloodstream he started having spasms in the water and was drowning, he eventually went unconscious. 5 weeks later he woke up in a boat, when he asked what happened they said they hauled him out of the bottom of the ocean while fishing. once he checked the date he realized he had been in the water for 5 weeks and he had somehow not died.
