The Mutators is a group of scientists that specialize in mutating random species and then experimenting on them. They recently have been making their own species and have made Lega from nothing. Their experimentation is illegal but it could make new species entirely and could duplicate endangered species.
Lega was an incredible being because he was made from nothing, but scientists were not able to control what he grew up to be, which is why he has so many legs and looks so weird. Because they couldn't find out how to control Lega's appearance and other things, the experiment was considered a failure, and they threw Lega out, where he was later found by king Umar.
The Mutators main base is located on an unknown planet that used to be home to the insano giants. The leader of the Mutators is a mutant named Fero-1, but more widely known as Big Bang.
