Worldsmiths, also called gods, are powerful people made by the universal lounger to help him create worlds. Worldsmiths are more common on planets in the outer regions, because most of the middle region planets were made by the universal lounger. Worldsmiths only ever have power while they are inside the atmosphere of their planet, and the universal lounger did this to ensure the Worldsmiths wouldn’t try to kill him. The Worldsmiths are notably different from the Judgement celestials. Worldsmiths are made to make 1 or 2 planets, but the Judgement Celestials are made to destroy planets that are doomed to fail and replace them with a new one. If a Judgement celestial destroys a planet made by a Worldsmith, the Worldsmith is sent to the God Collector’s jail, where they will stay forever. As Maddock puts it, “If the Worldsmiths make a planet that is doomed to fail, they are not doing their jobs. They deserve to be forever kept by the God Collector.” This was from a conversation with Maddock and the universal lounger.
