Rigo Konk is leader of The Scavengers, and he lives in their mountain headquarters on Zork. He is one of the Glado species, so he breathes ik, which there are plenty of on planets like Zork. Rigo Konk is really big and he is 2x the size of a human.

He is using the Scavengers to get minerals and materials from Zork so he can build his project, Rigo's Domain, in 2 years.
