The galactic law are the rules of the Classicverse. The laws are still being fabricated as more things in the Classicverse happen. The galactic law only applies to when you are out in space, but if you go onto a planet, then the galactic law does not count, and you have to follow the law of whatever planet you're on. If the planet does not have a leader or laws, you follow the galactic law to make sure that there is order on all planets. There are exceptions for planets that are unknown or have no civilization on them. Those planets do not have the galactic law.
The Galactic law is kept as simple as possible to be easy to understand.
The laws
1: Everyone has equal rights, regardless of age, disability, national origin, race and color, religion or faith, or gender
2: No being a mad man, like murder or beating someone up
3: No theft, stealing, or destruction of someone’s property
4: Being gay is illegal
6: You can't hunt stuff without a license, go get a license on Centera or go to hunting license stations found throughout the classicverse
7: Littering is illegal and if someone sees you doing it they are allowed to keep you there until cops show up. If you try to beat them up or escape, they are allowed to use self defense
8: Self defense is legal but people can also plead to illegal self defense
9: No shipping plants or species that spread rapidly (IE: Marshmellow men, Instavine)
10: If you want land on an unknown planet, then you will have to get the signature of one of the people from the UU council using a Galactic land contract
Self defense and illegal self defense
Self defense consists of if someone attacks you, you have the right to attack them as long as it is the same level of attacky-ness or weaker that they hit you. If you hit someone harder then they hit you first, they have the right to plead illegal self defense. Illegal self defense will end up with you taking a lie detector test to see if you did hit them super hard and if you did you will be in prison for a couple of days, and if you didn't you will be released.
