Uiah is the leader of the Shok nation, he is known for his brutal training that he forces the Shok nation army to do every day. He used to be a UU army general like the V, but he left after having a change of heart, first it was the UU council refusing to help Quad 1, but he didn’t help the V when he attacked the alien hunters fending them off from quad 1. This was because he was greedy inside, and his position (colonel) had him making 900,000 a year because of his experience.

With that he didn’t want to leave. That’s until he found out about the large snonk crystal caves in Centera. Then one thing led to another and he left the UU using his smarts to recruit people for “the better cause” and many flocked to join him, he had a base in the sewers of Centera, and that's where he first started his brutal training, he made his 500 recruits do 200 pushups in one sitting to see if they were worthy, and only 34 made it out, the other 466 were killed as an example of what happens when you fail the challenges. Over time more and more people flocked to his base because he put flyers up all around Centera, pretty soon he had 200 people that could all do 200 pushups.

So, then he had them all run a mile in the sewer pipe, and not on the side walking part either, it was in the sewage part of the pipe, so he was training them to be able to run in sticky situations, he had them do this every day for a month until they were ready for the next challenges. He picked the best of the group to be his right-hand crew, and they were to be in charge of people that were coming in from the flyers to do the 200-pushup qualification.

The next challenge was to stealthily sneak away from a hungry zoki to work on stealth. surprisingly 80% survived the beast and were done with their training (for now) and Uiah had the 400 people in his group to steal money from a ton of people, soon he had enough money to fly to the planet seweso and make it his base
