This was because of the new giant killer cannons that the tiktins on 4-ZO used to kill 10 of the terror giants but soon the terror giants broke through the military and killed everyone. now, there is only 1000 people left in a massive floating city, they are waiting for the terror giants to starve to death, but there are still animals on 4-ZO they can eat, so it will be years before they run out of food, but the food reserves for 4-ZO are only 2 more years.
