Casio Hunta

Casio Hunta is a highly skilled bounty hunter that has a rifle that can be adaptable with a rocket launcher or a sniper attachment. Casio is also a native from the extinct planet, kiggs, he lived there for a while until his parents were killed, and he was sold into slavery on the nearby planet Binko A2 soon he bought his freedom and he was able to work and finally buy his rifle, then he bought his massive bokak XL ship and he became a bounty hunter. the following is a short story about Casio's first high paying bounty.

The Bounty

On a platform of haboda, a bounty hunter named Casio Hunta was landing his XL bokak company spaceship, he landed the ship and got out, walking towards the dome-like structure in front of him, it was raining and dark (on haboda it was always raining because it was a water planet.) Casio walked through the automatic opening and towards the desk in the middle of the room, he looked to his left and saw other bounty hunters sitting on couches, probably waiting for an appointment, on either side of the couches were large plants, imported from other planets that now thrived in the humid room. Once he got to the desk the droid at the desk said

“Hello sir, how may I be of assistance?”

“I’m looking for a job, preferably high priced” he said.

“Ahh, I see, I will set you up an appointment, would you like to sit down while you wait?”

“Yes, thank you” Casio said and walked over to the couch, and he sat down next to a slime. Well, that’s interesting he thought, slime bounty hunters were very rare, with one of them being the legendary Orack Disno.

As time went on, the bounty hunters were called up from the couches and they walked through a hallway out of sight. All these bounty hunters were most likely getting the same bounty as him unless they wanted an easier bounty. After he hadn’t been called up for an hour he decided to rest his eyes for a bit, after a while he fell asleep.

“Casio Hunta?!” Casio woke to the droid calling his name, he got up and walked over to the droid.

“You’ve been sleeping for 2 hours, but it doesn’t matter because your appointment is just now ready, just walk through the hallway on your left, then take a left, left, and then a right.”

“ok” Casio said and walked toward the hallway, and he took the exact directions the droid told him, then he came to a door with banners on it, and these banners had the symbol of The V group, a criminal organization that was bent on destroying the UU (united universe), but haboda accepts anyone into their rooms if they pay. He opened the door and saw a high-ranking V soldier sitting on a chair.

“Take a seat” the V soldier said in a demanding voice, and Casio sat down.

“So, I heard that you have a high paying bounty for me?” the V soldier looked at Casio and said.

“Yes. I have the tracker right here” the V soldier gave the tracking device, it was a simple S class tracker, developed by Jinko banks. He opened the tracking device, and the hologram depicted Dargo Ista, a member of the UU council! He was also in the council of centera, overseeing the Zon section. This is more than I signed up for, Casio thought.

“We want you to bring the bounty right to the planet zikobher. Once there The V himself will give you the exceedingly high reward.”

Then the V soldier got up and opened the door to let Casio out and Casio walked out. Then he heard the door close behind him.

He walked back to the main room where 5 bounty hunters sat on the couches waiting, he walked past them but stopped when he saw a hooded figure sitting on a couch farthest away from the other people, Casio couldn’t see his face, but he could see his Aeal pin, the strongest substance. This mysterious figure looked like a very skilled bounty hunter, so Casio left the building to get a head start on the bounty. He walked towards his ship and got in, then he climbed up to the cockpit and since centera was about 16 million light years away, he set the engine speed to 8 million light years an hour so he would arrive in 2 hours. He could go faster and get there in a minute, but that burns fuel very quickly. So, Casio laid back in his chair, thinking of resting his eyes for a bit till he finally did.

Casio was not a well-known bounty hunter. But he was very skilled with his rifle; a rifle he had since his parents were killed by raiders on his home planet kiggs. He had the rifle for almost 18 years, and had regulated it to fit his shoulder, arm, and hands, it was fully automatic, and he could switch the ammo from regular bullets to any other type. He could also add a personalized extra cartridge to make the rifle a rocket launcher or sniper. His aim was on point and barely missed. Although he was a skilled bounty hunter, he was new to the business and his reputation was that of a rookie, and he taught himself to never get cocky, because of this he could easily take down people.

Casio woke up to a blaring alarm, was I asleep that long? Casio thought, but of course, centera was nowhere in sight, his ship was being fired upon, and the shooter was calling the ship.

“This is my bounty” the bounty hunter said.

“Not anymore” Casio responded and pressed a button on his dashboard that released 5 missiles, the bounty hunter wasn’t expecting that, and his ship exploded. Casio set the speed of the engine to 20 million light years an hour, so he’d get to centera faster. After that was done, he pulled up the ship overview system.

“Multiple faults found” the overview system said “displaying them now” then a screen popped up with only a few minor parts of the ship blasted, like the heater and the second engine. He was still able to get to centera in 10 minutes, and when he did a flight manager called his ship.

“Switch your ship to standby mode and transmit your clearance code” Casio did that immediately, then thought about how many people the flight managers had to dock, records showed that a flight manager had to land 50,000 flight crafts a day, most likely having to deal with crashes maybe one a day. It was a good thing they only had to work half a day before another worker took over.

“Your code has been transmitted, land in bay 5437” so Casio flew down into centera, the trade capital of the universe, he hadn’t been to centera in 6 years and forgot how complex it was, buildings tall enough to reach the sky and ships zipping about everywhere. Then he saw the landing pads, and he flew toward the landing strip. Then he docked on the landing pad 5437 and looked for a bus he could ride to the zon section, but he didn’t see any, he was at a landing pad after all. He was going to wait but then a guy riding a ship maintenance car rode up blasting rock music.

“Yoo dude” he said, “need a ride my bro?”

“Yes, thank you” Casio got into the car and the driver turned back on the rock music and they drove past all the ships in the massive landing pad till they came to the road, it was busy, with people walking all over the sidewalks. But there weren’t many cars, that’s because most like to use spaceships to travel on centera. Then Casio saw it, the trolley, he got out of the car and flicked the driver 3 universal coins for driving him. Then he boarded the trolly

“Leaving in 1 minute” the trolly driver said “sir you need to pay” so Casio turned around and paid the trolly driver and sat in a seat, as they were starting to leave a gelatinous species boarded and paid for the trolley ride, then he sat down next to Casio, and this gelatinous man was an interesting sight, he was wearing clothes and it looked like his skin was dripping down, he was like a slime but in the form of a human.

“Next stop zon section!”  The trolley driver called, so Casio got ready to get out, trolleys on centera were extremely fast and could go 2000 MPH, so they were in the zon section in no time. Casio and many others got up to get off, and Casio walked toward the front of the trolley, and stepped out. The air was filled with the scent of pollution, the zon section was the only section with very little air filters, that was because of the council member Dargo Ista, and Casio put his gas mask on, and then he saw the people in the zon section, no one like them, they were all looking skeptical and probably were hiding some sort of weapon in their long trench coats. Then Casio saw a cyber cop group in the corner of an alleyway, and he walked over to them.

“Hello, are you looking for something?” the cyber cops asked Casio.

“Uh yes, I’m looking for Dargo Ista.”

“Well, he is on that massive building over there,” the cyber cop pointed to a huge building that was the largest in the area.

“Thank you” Casio said and started walking. He got to the building in 20 minutes and opened the door. The air in the building was better than the air outside, and there were many plants around in the building, and there was also a massive vine that was growing all along the walls and ceiling, the number of plants and the air filters was probably why it was so clean in there. The floor was sparkling white and so were the walls and ceiling. Then a janitor came over with a machine and told Casio to put his shoes in it, he did and immediately his shoes were clean, then Casio started walking towards the main desk.

“How may I help you?” the lady at the desk said in a tired voice.

“I’m trying to sign up for an appointment, with Dargo Ista.”

“That will be 100 UC (500 HD/USD)”

“Steep pricing” Casio said and gave the lady a sack of credits.”

“Sorry I don’t have anything to do with it” she said “please take a seat over there” she pointed to some couches and there was a large lizard creature on one of them.

He sat on one of the couches and heard the lady at the desk talking on the phone.

“Yes, he paid the money.” Then a pause “okay I’ll tell him” Then she put the phone down “excuse me sir he will see you now, just take the elevator and go to the top floor.”

“ok” Casio didn’t really have a plan once he got to the top of the building. But he was going to do it anyway, he stepped into to the elevator, and he pressed the 500^th floor button, he also saw a locked floor below floor number one, and it was covered with unbreakable glass. In no time, he was at the top, and he saw a gimian sitting on a chair typing at his keyboard, he had luscious locks with his hair glistening and sparkling, and he looked wider than in the videos and interviews.

“Take a seat” he said then Casio did take a seat, he looked around the room and saw 10 royal guards with diso electro staffs, and a small blaster on their waist, they were likely highly trained, taking them out would be no easy task, but for some reason they let him in with his blaster. “What can I help you with?” then Casio responded.

“Well, I don’t really approve with the air pollution out ther-,”

“Yeah, were working on it.” He cut him off and he wasn’t even looking at Casio, he was just typing on his computer.

“You could just ask for air filters from the council of centera” then Dargo Ista raised his hand.

“Listen buddy” he paused “I really hope you didn’t pay all that money to talk to me about this and let me tell you something. The economic prospects of the city don’t agree with the ‘air filters’ they are expensive and unethical, and a waste of everyone’s time to put up.”

“I hardly agree, and no I didn’t just come here to talk about the pollution.” He spun around and stunned 4 of the guards, the others deflected the stun and started running towards him, he switched the rifle to knockout gas and sprayed it all in the room, good thing he still had his gas mask on. All the guards fell to the ground instantly, and so did Dargo Ista. Casio grabbed the council member, broke the window, and jumped out as 40 more guards came in out of the elevator. They started shooting him out the window, but he had a wingspan suit, which allowed him to glide, but when he opened It the guards in the window shot his wings, and they punctured 5 holes in it, and they also hit his foot, making him fall quickly, but he had an extra wings and he was too far away to be shot from the window, but then he saw on his left a massive cannon. It aimed at him, but it didn’t fire. Probably because he was holding an important council member. Then he saw a massive UU ship come into orbit of centera, and soon he saw a ton of UU army members flying down with jetpacks, so Casio aimed himself downwards and closed his wings, making him accelerate downwards very quickly, then at the last second, he opened his wings. Allowing him to fly extremely fast towards the landing pad, but he was too far away, so he tried something risky.

He landed, put his hood up, grabbing a sleeping man’s hat and putting it on Dargo Ista’s head, so that his face was covered, he also acted like he was helping him walk, then they boarded the trolley. Just in time for the guards and tons of police to walk past, then Casio paid and sat down, but out of nowhere the trolley driver was shot and he fell of his chair, then the hooded figure from haboda got on the trolley, Casio tried to lift up his blaster but was shot in the shoulder, whatever was in that blaster was some poison, because his full arm was numb and not able to move, the bounty hunter grabbed Dargo Ista, and started walking towards the exit, but Casio got up and kicked the bounty hunters back, making him turn around, then Casio tried to punch the hunter in the face, but he grabbed his hand and threw it away, then the bounty hunter pulled his gun from his waist belt.

“You should have stayed down” the bounty hunter said in a metallic voice. Then Casio grabbed his knife in his left hand, his other arm still disabled, and without hesitation he jabbed at the bounty hunters chest, but the hunter was expecting this, and he dodged the knife, then he grabbed the knife and stabbed him, all this happened so quickly, Casio fell down and he could see the other people in the trolley hiding in the back, but Casio grabbed his rifle weakly, and switched the ammo to rocket launcher, and shot it at the bounty hunter, it was a less destructive type though, and it didn’t even scratch the council member, but the bounty hunter was blown straight through the window and out on the street, and Casio ran out the trolley and looked at the bounty hunter, with his hood down Casio could see this bounty hunter was actually the legend Dimensional Assassin, Casio was blown away in shock, he had just knocked out a legend.

Casio ran back in the trolley and there was another random bounty hunter who had grabbed Dargo Ista, but then the bounty hunter looked out the window at the assassin, and after he saw what Casio just did he ran out the trolley door, then Casio grabbed Dargo Ista, and put his hat back on, then he saw dimensional assassins ship, so he climbed up the building it was on with the council member on his back because he couldn’t use his other arm, then he pulled up to the roof and ran over to the assassins ship and got in, the controls were no different than his own ship and he started it up and flew it towards the landing pad, but as he got there he saw hundreds of UU soldiers and ships around his ship, he didn’t really think escaping would be easy, but he was hoping for it. He flew around and turned the other way, trying to find the weapons, there was about 5 ships and 150 soldiers at his ship, and he found there were sweet weapons in the ship, he fired five xio missiles and just fired upon the 150 soldiers around his ship, then quickly he landed the ship, and got out the ship throwing a grenade at the remaining troops, then he grabbed the council member and got on his ship, but as he was leaving he saw thousands of ships heading towards him, quickly he turned up his speed to 50 billion light years per hour and got out of there quickly, he set his destination to zikobher, then an alarm sounded

“Lowering speed, asteroids ahead” Casio knew that you had to set your course before turning up your speed so you didn’t hit any asteroids, but he needed to get out of there, good thing the computer sounded, or he would have run right into an asteroid. He set his course again and took off. He had gone this whole twenty minutes with a knife in his side, a shot foot, and an arm disabled, he put the ship on auto and went to the back, it would take 3 hours to get to zikobher, but then he heard something clattering in his bedroom, he looked in there and he saw Dargo Ista was awake, and he was panicking,

“You will pay for your crimes” Casio said and shot Dargo with a 3-hour stun dart. Then he went to the back again to his medical droid, it had 10 arms at least and a built-in life support system, he laid down on the table and the droid said.

“Looks like your first big mission was quite…harmful.”

“True that” then Casio was hit with the anesthetic and dosed of. When he woke up, they were 1 hour away, then the droid said.

“Your arm will return sensitivity in around 13 minutes, and I’ve removed the knife” Casio looked at the knife and saw his father’s initials, it was the only thing that used to be his fathers. Then he got up and went to his seat in the cockpit, then he started getting cold, he forgot to fix the heating system. He looked at the temperature and it was going down a degree every minute, he ran to his bedroom and grabbed all his blankets, he grabbed the heater blanket in his closet, and he went back to the cockpit bundled up like an Inuit, he sat down and turned on a movie.

After an hour he was at zikobher, and he turned off the movie, then he entered the atmosphere of zikobher, and after 3 minutes he got into the planet, he saw farther away there was some sort of city, and he flew over there, there were cannons and V soldiers. Then he got a call from a V soldier

“State your business.”

“Well, I have someone on my ship that might interest The V.”

“Please land now.” The V soldier said without hesitation. Then Casio landed where all The V soldiers were. Dargo Ista was awake, and Casio took him out, and he saw The V standing there with his hands behind his back, he had a mask with a upside down isosceles triangle. It was bright, most likely his dangerous laser.

“Find it hard to believe I’m the one who brings you the bounty? my reputation is not as good as my skill” Casio said.

“So, it would seem.” The V responded “well let’s not engage in any pleasantries, I suppose you’re expecting your payment. Well, you won’t be disappointed my friend.”

Then from behind The V a massive rolling metal safe came into view.

“Around 6 million in credits,” The V said, “but isn’t that a little low?” then a V soldier came out from behind The V with a full barrel of aeal, “yes this is 100% aeal, perfect for armor, but if you don’t want to carry that weight I have I lighter type here that is just as strong.”

“Well, I’ll take the lighter one” Casio said.

“Excellent choice” The V said “men, bring the payment on his ship” then Casio gave The V Dargo Ista.

“Ahh, Dargo we meet again.”

“What do you mean?” Dargo said.

“Oh, I can’t tell you that, not while we have listeners.” Then Casio walked back to his ship and heard the V say.

“Pleasure doing business.” Casio got on his ship but then ran back to The V and said.

“You wouldn’t happen to have any spare ship heaters, would you?”

“In fact, we have many.” The V said, “men install an extra heater in his ship.” Then the V mechanics ran over and started installing it. Then after 3 minutes they were done.

“Thank you for everything” Casio said, and The V just looked at him with his hands behind his back, then Casio ran back to his ship and closed the door. Then he went towards the cockpit, he sat down at set his course to the resort planet lopolop, he accelerated, with his new payment rattling in the back, Casio’s first big bounty was a success.
