HNIWNG
HNIWNG (pronounced: Hini-wing) is the smallest Nocamiter and it stands for HelioNinwijiIsoWalogicDioNocamiter. It is the length of 2 atoms!
Whenever scientists use a measurement smaller than a HNIWNG, they call it a HNIWNG D(number). The D stands for divided by, so for example, a HNIWNG D2 is the length of 1 atom, HNIWNG D3 would be half an atom and so on.
