UU convention

The UU convention is a book of laws made by Mr. Purp. They were made to restrict the UU's power and also to make sure that nothing bad would happen. These laws people should read before signing any contracts with the UU because they are pivotal to the UU's decision making and if they don't read it before signing a contract then if they don't agree there's nothing they can do.

Law 1: if any planet has not signed a peace treaty or contract with the UU, then the UU can not aid them in wars, worldwide infections, construction, and other things of the like.

Law 51: the UU cannot use their power excessively by enforcing their laws on independent systems and planets. The UU may only defend systems in their organization.
