Lega is one of the counseled ones who doesn't talk at all. Lega is shaped like a wheel and has a bunch of legs that he uses to kick people super far away. Lega is 15 feet tall. Lega's kicks are super powerful because of how much muscle he has in his legs.

Lega was a mutant made entirely by the Mutators and the first experiment that didn't have a species to start with.

Lega is the newest counseled one and was found while king Umar was searching for random things on the unknown planet that has the Mutators main base on it and used to be home to the insano giants.
