UU captain

UU captains are authority figures in the UU that lead about 100 UU soldiers each, they are all tasked with apprehending criminals and pirates that disobey the UU. These UU captions are very strong, each with different skills and powers. Some UU captains have mastered Koi Koi, but most of the captains using Koi Koi have left. UU captains are tasked with hunting down the people on the UU most wanted list, but they always fail because of how strong those people are.
