Scientist M-2

Scientist M-2, or Millard the 2nd, studied Bioengineering and has made many different species. Most notably, M-2 is the creator of the Rhino men, Panda men, and also the Scorpion people. When he was still in School he was friends with Scientist Jaklo-22.

M-2 was splashed with the chemical, Dilsor, which doubled his already high IQ, enlarged his brain 10x bigger, and also made him immortal. This Dilsor chemical also came with some side-effects, too. One is that he is obsessed with causing the extinction of humans on Earth, and he has stated that after everyone dies, "I will sit nearby a lake and watch the sunset before I will blow up Earth." This goal is unreasonable though because the H.U.P. make sure that it won't happen.
