Dr. Zizlo
Dr. Trelvan Zizlo is a member of the Council of Centera. Before he became a member of the council, he challenged Bobby Health in IQ, with an IQ of 456 to Bobby's 500. When he realized that Centera was going to ruin, he became a member of the council and helped to save Centera instead of doing tests in his free time to rival Bobby Health.
Dr. Zizlo specialises in medical treatment and the reason why he is so smart is because he has memorised every sickness and health problem of most humanoid species on Centera.
Dr. Zizlo used to work for the CHD next to Bobby Health, but he quit his job to join the Council of Centera instead.
He wears his signature lab coat and glasses all the time but wears a bunch of different under shirts.
