Jar-Bonez is a immortal human and a master Koi Koi swordsman, he is 405 years old. He wanted to learn Koi Koi because he saw how powerful Orima was fighting with this style. So since he was immortal he decided to take the time to train and learn how to use Koi Koi. He also trained the 4 other Koi Koi swordsmen, and he made sure they all agreed to never train anyone else in the ways of Koi Koi.
