Lega is one of the counseled ones who doesn't talk at all. Lega is shaped like a wheel and has a bunch of legs that he uses to kick people super far away. Lega is 15 feet tall. Lega's kicks are super powerful because of how much muscle he has in his legs.

Lega has 2 big eyes in the center of his wheel body.

Lega was a mutant made entirely by the Mutators and the first experiment that didn't have a species to start with.
