Dr. Zizlo

Dr. Zizlo is a member of the Council of Centera. Before he became a member of the council, he challenged Bobby Health in IQ, with an IQ of 456 to Bobby's 500. When he realized that Centera was going to ruin, he became a member of the council and helped to save Centera.
