Instavine Containment Control

The Instavine Containment Control (I.C.C) is an agency on Earth 2 that makes sure that no Instavine leaves the planet. Due to the destructive effect that Instavine could have on other planets other than Earth 2 they’re funded heavily by other planets who want to make sure no Instavine is spread to them. The I.C.C has to be very careful and secretive since there are environmental terrorists who want to spread Instavine across the galaxy, so I.C.C agents often go undercover among the terrorists to stop the spread.
