Mes Yes

Mes Yes is the messiest member of the Council of Centera. He always has a pile of junk around him because he's always munching stuff and not throwing away the wrappers. He is important to keep though because he is just an absolute brick wall and nobody can get past him so anybody trying to invade the council is blocked off.
