Caro Baleo

Caro Baleo is leader of Bubbyloud minor. He and his brother Tralo are both leaders because Tralo is leader of Bubbyloud prime. Caro always likes to make big buildings but because his planet has basically no resources, Tralo sends him a big box of Meek every month, which Caro uses for things that the people on Bubbyloud minor need.
