Dr. Spilsh

Dr. Spilsh is a scientist and researcher on Shlipbob. He used to be leader of the Restoration Society, that successfully overthrew the tyrant ruler, Shlippy III. Now he just chills on Shliphaven, where he built a massive mansion for himself, and rakes in the money from selling his product Super Fert, a really good fertilizer that makes plants grow 30x faster.
