Felucian gem

The felucian gem is a gemstone found only on the staff of maddock the celestial. Zazo the pirate also has this gem and he got it from shooting a massive laser at the gem on maddock’s staff and it broke off a piece of the gem.

This is no ordinary gemstone either because it can shoot a laser, the bigger the gem the bigger the laser, maddock can destroy entire planets with his laser.
