Hair capitol

The Hair capitol is located on earth and is where Mr Hair spends most of his week days before he goes to the Hair estate to sleep. The hair capitol is White and it is very fancy and decorative, it is 80 feet tall and is where the White house used to be. Surrounding the Hair capitol is a large wall that has 500 hair guards equally placed to have optimal vision of anyone trying to get in, if someone was to slip past the walls there are also 100 guards patrolling the inside and outside of the capitol.
