Hanging blubber

Hanging blubber is a common food source for most fish on Quad 1. It grows in the underwater caves and when fish eat it they get super full. A fish that has eaten some hanging blubber will be a target to Katina that are fishing because when they eat the fish that ate hanging blubber it tastes super good.
