Henora Richmond

Henora Richmond was a Zipin and former member of the council of Centera. She was killed by the bounty hunter, Vlad Jenkins while she was opening up a new museum where people would learn about every member in the council of Centera. Henora was the one who established the different sections of Centera instead of it just being a bunch of cities.
