Overlord center

The overlord center is a large botanical garden space station centered around the main attraction, the overlord tree. This space station is owned by Koo Koo Fun, and it gets enough money to stay running from all the donations and people coming in to see the plants and such. Many rich plant lovers donate a ton of money each year to help the overlord tree, these donators names are put up on the donation wall, along with a quote of their choice. The overlord center also has 20 elite overlord guards that guard the overlord tree. Koo Koo Fun also loves to throw weekly parties that he invites literally anyone to, but you have to get your ticket before the 300 available tickets run out, and they sell out pretty quick because of how legendary the parties are.

Even though a lot of donators donate because they think Koo Koo Fun must have to pay a lot to keep the space station running but he actually has a ton of money from all the donations and from how much it costs to get in the space station to look at the plants.
