Peace counselor

The peace counselor is said to be the most peaceful person in the universe; he made the peace realm long ago by asking the Universal lounger to make it for him, and at this point the universal lounger really didn't care much about anything, so he made it. Where everyone was peaceful. The Peace counselor was alone in his realm for thousands of years waiting, until the first person arived, and they waited another 200 years together until 5 more people came, and soon many more.

Right now, he lives in his house that is located in the middle of a massive shallow water pond, that is only 3 inches deep
