Simino ko is a supervillain who was captured by Arson 7 years ago. He had the power to turn anything he touched to ash, but only if he touched them with his fingers, he was captured by Arson because Arson cut off both his arms, so he wasn't able to turn him to ash. Simino ko wore a Japanese sun hat along with a short sleeve open vest, He was known for killing many UU soldiers and captains.
