The FLP stands for Federal leader protection and their main focus is to protect important members of the government from any harm, they are usually undercover in the crowds when a government figure is present in the middle of large crowds, they make sure nearby buildings have no snipers in them also. They protect Mr. Hair and other governors on earth.
