Agent Clown

Agent Clown is Mr. Hair's right-hand man and also governor of France.

Agent Clown became a guard for Mr. Hair when Mr. Hair's business, Hair inc., was first growing. Agent Clown is responsible for the killing of Bobby Jack, but he was pardoned from what would've been a crime because after Mr. Hair became king of Earth he said, "it was for the good of the people" and it was in everybody's best interest that he was dead. Some people still see Mr. Hair as a crazy man because of that, but they can't kid themselves because it was actually for the good of the people.
