Tralo Baleo

Tralo Baleo is leader of Bubbyloud prime. He and his brother Caro are both leaders because Caro is leader of Bubbyloud minor. Tralo gives Caro a big box of Meek every month so Caro can use it for building because Bubbyloud minor is a lot worse than Bubbyloud prime.
