Red-faced chochi

Red-faced chochi is a master swordsman who is known for taking the #2 spot on the UU most wanted list, he is also known for creating the sword style Rekabaliza and also being the only one to use it. Red-faced chochi is on the UU most wanted list because he is a terrible pirate who is known for raiding space bars and killing everyone inside. He also raids other pirate ships and he leaves no one left, he does all these things because he thinks that there are too many pirates and “bad people” (people that go to space bars) so he decided to lighten the numbers a little. Chochi is not a real pirate because he is only a one man show and has no crew. He also attacks UU council members regularly, though it has not been successful, every time he does his bounty goes up and he at least made the council member scared. One time he went to earth and tried to kill Mr. Hair at one of his speeches but he was unsuccessful because Agent Clown pushed Mr. Hair to the ground, saving him, then Red-faced chochi was forced to leave.

Red-faced chochi is called red faced because he has a red face mask on the front of his face.
